Lakes Area IV Wellness Clinic does not offer refunds on services rendered. Results of any wellness and aesthetic service can very significantly from person to person. Desired results are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to help you achieve them. Payments on services rendered are due at time of service. Patients are responsible for any additional treatment that may be needed to achieve and maintain desired results. 

If a package is purchased and the patient would like a refund for unused treatments, the treatments that were used from the package will be charged at regular pricing, then refund amount of unused treatments will be calculated after this.
